At MuscleMat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fitness apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
